Export support for chemical product shipments to the Europe

The REACH and CLP Regulations aim to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment through strict regulation of chemical substances placed on the European market. 

The REACH Regulation governs the manufacture, import, and placing on the market of all chemical substances within the EU. It requires manufacturers and importers to register with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) any substance produced or imported in quantities exceeding 1 tonne per year, submitting data on its properties and safety to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment. REACH establishes mandatory requirements for the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemical substances manufactured in or imported into the EU in quantities above 1 tonne per year.

The CLP Regulation establishes rules for the classification, labelling, and packaging of substances and mixtures.
