About
The KKDIK and SEA Regulations aim to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment through strict regulation of chemical substances placed on the Turkish market.
The KKDIK Regulation establishes mandatory requirements for the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemical substances manufactured in Turkey or imported into the country in quantities exceeding 1 tonne per year.
The SEA Regulation provides a harmonized approach to the classification, labelling, and packaging of chemical products, as well as to communicating hazard information to users regarding substances and mixtures. Under the SEA Regulation, all hazardous chemical substances and mixtures imported into or placed on the Turkish market are subject to mandatory notification, regardless of shipment volume.
We provide end-to-end export support for chemical product shipments to the Republic of Turkey, including: appointment of a Only Representative (OR), pre-registration, notification, preparation of supporting documentation, chemical product identification, temporary registration and full registration.
