About

Chemical footprinting is an emerging, promising practice aimed at phasing out or minimising the use and emissions of chemicals of high concern. This issue is already recognised as a global problem within the Global Framework for Chemicals (GFC).

Chemical footprint assessment practices enable companies to minimise the risks associated with the handling of chemicals, establish a robust system for tracking hazardous chemicals in order to minimise their use within the organisation, in products or when providing specific services, and assess the toxic impacts connected with the life cycle of products and services using a standardised LCA approach (ISO 14040).

Our team consists of experts in the identification of chemical hazards according to the GHS, as well as LCA specialists. This enables us to provide a full range of support services relating to the handling and assessment of chemicals throughout their life cycle.
