About
The Prognostics and Remote Monitoring System (PRANA) (hereinafter referred to as the System) is an advanced platform for supporting management decisions on monitoring and forecasting the technical condition of equipment. Over 9 years of commercial operation of the System, PRANA has proven itself on a wide range of equipment: gas and steam turbines, generators, transformers and auxiliary equipment.
Using the PRANA system allows real-time monitoring and forecasting of the technical condition of equipment, preventive identification of degradation in units, preventing the occurrence of emergency incidents. The software solution "PRANA" has been in commercial operation since 2015 and has proven itself positively among our customers: JSC Pavlodarenergo, PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC T Plus, PJSC Gazprom Neft, PJSC TGK-2, etc. In addition, "PRANA" was selected as a predictive analytics solution for the needs of PJSC SIBUR Holding, LLC Sakhalin Energy and LLC Rushimalliance, and our solution is also being tested on the gas transmission network of PJSC Gazprom.
Thanks to the statistical and physical modeling methods used in the system, as well as other innovative methods for identifying deviations and anomalies in the behavior of units, the system is compatible with an extensive list of equipment for various industries, such manufacturers as: Siemens, Alstom, GE, Ansaldo, Borsig, Atlas Copco, LMZ, UTZ, UEC, etc.
