The CleverCryo-V Mobile Cryogenic Automotive Gas Refueler (CryoPAGZ) is a comprehensive and self-contained solution for the reception, transportation, storage, and refueling of liquefied natural gas (LNG). This advanced mobile unit is engineered for high performance and reliability in diverse operating conditions, making it ideal for establishing flexible or remote fueling points without the need for permanent infrastructure.

At its core, the CleverCryo-V features a robust double-shell cryogenic tank with a capacity of up to 40 cubic meters, operating at pressures up to 1.6 MPa. It is equipped with a highly efficient submersible centrifugal cryogenic pump, integrated within a cryostat, which ensures a consistent dispensing flow rate of 330 liters per minute. The heart of the operation is the automated fuel dispenser, a certified measuring instrument, which guarantees precise fueling with an accuracy error of less than 1%. The unit's functionality is rounded out by an atmospheric vaporizer, a full suite of manual and actuated safety valves, and a pneumatic system that powers the actuators and prevents ice formation.

A key advantage of the CleverCryo-V is its sophisticated Automated Process Control System (ACS). This system provides full oversight and management of the entire refueling process, including continuous monitoring of critical parameters, a built-in fire alarm, and gas detection sensors for ultimate safety. The design emphasizes ease of use and maintenance, featuring a high degree of automation, easy access to key components like the pump for servicing, and convenient access to all shut-off valves. Notably, the unit's does not require a fixed water deluge system for the tank. It also includes continuous automatic monitoring of the vacuum jacket's integrity for maximum safety. Power is supplied by a standard external 380V/50Hz source, with consumption not exceeding 20 kW, and it operates reliably in temperatures from -40°C to +40°C.
