As the Founder and CEO of INDOGO, I focus on developing Business Control Systems that ensure execution through structured workflows, accountability, and automation. In practice, this includes integrating operational tasks with measurable outcomes—where completion directly impacts performance tracking and payroll processes.
This approach is further developed into COBOS (Control-Oriented Behavioral–Operational System), a framework designed to bridge the gap between planning and real execution.
I am also leading the development of AINI, an AI-driven digital medical platform aimed at improving operational efficiency and accessibility in healthcare systems.
