I am CA Parag Kulkarni, a multi-qualified finance professional and the Founder of Unlock Future Fintech Pvt. Ltd., driven by a deep commitment to advancing global standards in valuation, corporate finance, and financial reporting. My professional journey has been guided by continuous learning, international exposure, and a strong belief that finance must evolve alongside technology and innovation.

I hold Chartered Accountancy qualifications across India, the United States, and England & Wales, becoming the first Indian professional to achieve this unique distinction. Over the years, I have worked extensively in valuation advisory, corporate finance, and international financial reporting, contributing to complex financial decision-making and cross-border engagements where credibility and analytical rigor are essential.

My academic experience includes earning High Honors in Advanced Valuation from NYU Stern School of Business under Prof. Aswath Damodaran, which significantly shaped my analytical approach toward valuation and financial analysis. I also hold global credentials including Diploma in IFR (ACCA), IFRS certifications from ICAI, registration as a Valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), and an honorary Business and Finance Professional (BFP) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Beyond professional practice, I remain deeply engaged in academia and knowledge creation. I have served on the Board of Studies of S.P. College, Pune, authored publications on IFRS and Ind AS endorsed by former Union Minister CA Suresh Prabhu, and contributed technical thought leadership to professional bodies and industry forums. My work consistently focuses on bridging theory with practical application while promoting higher standards in valuation and financial reporting.

My mission is to help businesses, professionals, and institutions make transparent, defensible, and informed financial decisions in an increasingly complex and AI-driven world.
