About STEX-IC Founded in 2016, the Shanghai Technology Exchange Centre (STEX-IC, registered name is Shanghai Technology Exchange Cross-border Technology Trade Center Ltd.) dedicated to driving strategic and sustainable growth in international innovation cooperation.
