Supplying of Programmable Logic Controllers for industry automation

We offer four lines of PLC "REGUL" for construction of local control systems, DCS and ESD systems.

There are:

• REGUL R500 is designed to build responsible, fault-tolerant and distributed control systems in various industries. It provides redundancy of any module and different topologies of racks connection like "ring", "bus", "star" or mixed topology.

• REGUL R500S is designed for use in emergency shutdown systems (ESD, F&GDS, HIPPS, etc.). It allows to build systems up to SIL 3 level by IEC 61508 standard even in single configuration of PLC (without redundancy) due to its own internal component's redundancy. It also provides the opportunity of redundancy of any PLC's module.

• REGUL R400 controller is a combination of human-machine

  interface (it has 7" sensor display) and central processor unit.

  It operates with all I/O modules of controllers REGUL RX00 series

  controllers.

• REGUL R050 is a compact solution for construction of local control systems or embedded systems in technological equipment or machines.

Typical applications of our PLC are:

• high-responsible systems for continiuos procces which require unstopping operating for 5-6 years

• high-speed technological process control (from 5 ms cycle)

• highly accurate measurements (energy resources accounting)

• machine monitoring systems (vibration monitoring systems including predictive analysis)
