Industrial Artificial Intelligence (IAI) is designed to detect the formation of manufacturing defects in photovoltaic converters (PV) and provide intelligent automatic analytics of these defects in the finished products of the factory's production lines, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the PV production line. IAI is used to automate the following activities: - Detection of PV with defects (using machine learning algorithms); - Automatic identification of the likely sources of defects based on the frequency analysis of statistical data reflecting the interaction of production units with PV defects; - automatic control of the satisfaction of the characteristics of the PEP to the required values based on statistical methods of information analysis; - round-the-clock provision of information to the operator on the parameters of the PEP through a web interface.
